The Genesi is Steel Cucine's flagship range — it's the only range cooker in the collection to feature a combi-steam oven with 15 cooking functions, a TFT colour programmer with 37 preset recipes, and the patented INNVENT dual-fan system for perfectly even heat distribution on every shelf level simultaneously.
What is the combi-steam oven and why does it matter?
The combi-steam oven combines conventional electric cooking with a built-in steam system. This means you can roast, bake, grill and steam all in one cavity — producing juicier meat, crispier pastry, better bread, and retaining more nutrients in vegetables. It also includes a dedicated steam-clean function and reaches up to 315°C for pizza in 3–4 minutes.
What hob options are available on the Genesi?
Genesi range cookers are available with a gas hob (brass burners), a 5-zone flex induction hob, or a mixed hob combining gas burners with an electric frytop or barbecue plate. The 70 cm and 90 cm models offer gas or induction; the 100 cm and 120 cm offer the full range of configurations.
What is the difference between the single, double and triple oven Genesi?
The single oven has one large combi-steam cavity. The double oven adds a 39-litre traditional electric side oven running independently. The triple oven adds a third 34-litre pizza and grill oven reaching 315°C — ideal for baking bread, pizza and pastry simultaneously with the main oven.
What colours are available on the Genesi range?
Available in Stainless Steel, Black, Anthracite, Cream, Burgundy, Beige, Ivory, Light Blue and Lavender. Custom RAL colours are also available on request.
What is included as standard with every Genesi range cooker?
Every Genesi includes 2 reinforced shelves, a stainless steel deep tray, an enamelled deep tray, a rotisserie, telescopic liners, easy-cleaning stainless steel liners, a water brick for the steam function, and a meat probe for temperature-controlled cooking.
