The Oxford has 9 multifunction cooking modes: static, upper element, lower element, grill, grill with fan, ventilation, convection, defrosting and light. The oven reaches up to 265°C.
What hob options are available on the Oxford?
The Oxford is available with a 6-burner brass gas hob (Dual Fuel) or a 5-zone flex induction hob — two of the five zones are fully flexible for any pan size. The Oxford Mistral is induction only, with 4 all-flex zones.
What colours and trim finishes are available?
Anthracite is the standard colour on the Oxford, with Black, Cream, Burgundy, Amethyst, Sand, White and Sky Blue also available. Metal trim finishes are Nickel or Bronze — the Oxford does not offer Chrome or Brass trim.
What is the Oxford Mistral?
The Oxford Mistral is an all-in-one range cooker with a built-in integrated extractor hood delivering 700 m³/h at a maximum of 63 dB — the quietest configuration in the Steel range. Hood controls are slide switches on the hob top with an automatic off-timer, and the 4 all-flex induction zones mean every zone adapts to any pan size.
